=14.0ptAt Soldier Field this Sunday, we will see two teams that have had nearly exact opposite seasons to this point. The home team, Chicago, is just 4-10 on the season and have moved on from their head coach at the mid-season point for the 1st time in franchise history. Rookie QB, Caleb Williams, has shown flashes of greatness but plenty of rookie moments that have outweighed them. They are on an 8-game losing streak where they are averaging just 14.75ppg. That is just a tick more than what the lowest scoring average team all season has been averaging. The defense has not been helping this either. They have allowed an average of 25.78ppg. At this point, it seems as though this Chicago team is packing it in and will look for their new head coach over the offseason, which can not come fast enough. They face a very angry Detroit Lions team that is coming off just their 2nd loss of the season last week. They also lost their touchdown machine in running back David Montgomery. However, that just means more carries for Jahmyr Gibbs, who will be more than ready to take over the full-time rushing duties.
