OKC Thunder will be shooting to get their first 2026 NBA Summer League win when they face Denver Nuggets in Las Vegas. The Thunder left Salt Lake City without a win and have so far lost their first two games in Las Vegas. They’re coming off a 104-79 thumping against the Warriors on Sunday, despite Aday Mara and Bennett Stirtz showing an impressive connection. The Thunder will be content if the two first-round picks continue to flourish in this extravaganza.
Denver Nuggets, on the other hand, have looked sharp in this exhibition. They bounced back from their 86-97 defeat against the Rockets to outscore the Timberwolves 82-101 on Sunday. The Nuggets came out and played hard the whole evening, with KJ Simpson controlling the tempo by making enough shots and playing hard on defense. However, new draftee Trevon Brazile didn’t play after picking up a shoulder strain in their first Summer League game.
