With a 3-9 record and a long list of injuries that includes Williamson, Alvarado, McCollum, Jones, Murray and Hawkins, the Pelicans host the Nuggets on Friday who will come to the Smoothie King Center with a 5-game winning streak and a 7-3 record.
This will be the first NBA game for them that counts towards the NBA Cup. Surprisingly, the Nuggets have not played since November 10th, while the Pelicans' last game was on November 13th in their fifth consecutive loss to the Thunder.
