=11.0ptAfter a rough opening loss to the 49ers, the New York Jets have turned things around and won their next 2 games. They defeated Tennessee 24-17 and followed that with a 24-3 dominating win over the Patriots last Thursday. Aaron Rodgers has looked comfortable in both wins by throwing 2 touchdowns in each while not throwing an interception. The defense was at the top of their game last week and held New England to just 2/11 on 3rd down and held them to just 139 yards of total offense. Breece Hall and Braelon Allen have found a nice groove and combined for 206 yards in the last 2 games. Allen Lazard has emerged as the #2 receiver behind Garrett Wilson and has already caught 3 touchdowns. For the Broncos, Sean Payton and Bo Nix were able to get the 1st win of the season last week. After losing to Seattle and Pittsburgh, Denver was able to handle the Buccaneers on the road and get a 26-7 win. Bo Nix used his legs to hurt the Tampa Bay defense multiple times and finished with 47 yards and a touchdown on the ground while completing nearly 70% of his passes in the win. He git 5 different receivers for multiple receptions in the win, with Courtland Sutton and Lil’Jordan Humphrey combining for 13 catches and 105 yards.
