Two out of form sides meet at Audi Field on Saturday, when DC United host the Seattle Sounders. The visitors have managed just one win from their first eight games and are in desperate need of a boost ahead of a tough run of fixtures. Their main issue has been in front of goal. They have found the net just nine times so far, with over half of those goals coming in one game (a 5-0 win over Montreal). DC United have hardly been setting the league alight themselves. Their last two games have both ended in defeat, leaving them outside of the MLS Eastern Conference Playoff places. 

This game will be the 15th encounter between the sides with Seattle holding a 9-3 head to head advantage. United won the last game between the teams (in 2019), but prior to that, Seattle were on a six game winning streak in the rivalry.
