The New York Rangers host the in-form Dallas Stars on Tuesday night, with the visitors looking to make it five wins in a row. That excellent run of results means that the Stars now have a 38-24 record for the season, putting them in prime position to make the playoffs. The Rangers route to the postseason is somewhat less clear.
