The Predators come into this matchup in a less impressive form after suffering a double loss against the Panthers during the preseason. They picked themselves up to win against the Lightning and the Hurricanes before losing to the latter in their last game. The Stars, on the other hand, will look to carry their preseason form into this matchup after winning five and losing one. They were impressive last season, losing to the Edmonton Oilers in the semis of the Standley Cup. This could be the year that they go all the way.
