New York Jets vs Dallas Cowboys Prediction & Picks - NFL

The Dallas Cowboys will try to build off last week’s impressive non-loss to the Green Bay Packers this week when they travel to the East Coast to take on the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST, and the game will be broadcast on Fox.

It has already been a challenging season for the Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott has posted some solid numbers in the passing game, but the run game is still very much a work in progress. It doesn’t help, of course, that an already questionable offensive line has been hit hard by injuries. The group will likely be without three starters vs. the Jets and could be down four. If the offense can’t get on track and put points on the board, that could be problematic given the defense's current performance. Quarterbacks have been lighting up the secondary to the tune of 297 yards per game, 30+ yards worse than the second-to-last team.  They’ve allowed 33 points per game so far (No. 31).

So the question fans will need to ask and answer is whether a Jets offense that averages just 304.8 yards per game and just 160.3 passing yards per game can take advantage of one of the worst defenses in the NFL.
