At the Australian Open, on Tuesday, it's all about the quarter finals. On the female side of things, we're in for a treat, as Coco Gauff and Elina Svitolina are set to battle it out in what could be a great match. Gauff, ranked as the third-best female player on the planet, had to work very hard to get it done against Karolina Muchova during the last round, but work hard she did, winning in three sets for the second match in a row. We know that the two-time Grand Slam winner can blow opponents out of the water with her swashbuckling style, but she's reminded us all that she can grind out wins too, fighting like a player determined to go all the way. 

Svitolina continued her fine form during the previous round, beating Mirra Andreeva in straight sets, and that is not a win that should be ignored. Not for the first time in Melbourne, the Ukrainain played some outstanding tennis, winning her 11th match on the spin. She hasn't lost a single set at this tournament and is clearly a player on a hot streak. She can test the world number three, that's for sure.
