Columbus Crew have a fantastic chance to cement their position in the top seven of the MLS Eastern Conference, when they host lowly Toronto FC at Lower.com Field on Saturday night. The Crew currently have a one point cushion over Orlando City in the race for an automatic postseason spot, but given that fact that they have played a game more than their rivals, picking up three points on Saturday is an absolute must.
That won't be an easy task against a Toronto side that have drawn five consecutive matches. Last time out, Robin Fraser's side came agonizingly close to securing all three points, but were pegged back by a last-minute equalizer against the New England Revolution. Despite their improved form in recent weeks, Toronto have already been eliminated from playoff contention and have little to play for in their remaining five regular season games.
