The Angels won 10-7 on Wednesday in a thrilling opener after overcoming a four-run deficit. This result left the Rockies winless in the last five matches and 3-7 over the previous 10 outings. Before this series, they fell 4-0 to the Giants, leaving them rock bottom of the divisional standings. It’s vital to note that both teams are already out of the playoff spot, although these won’t prevent them from trying to grab this series.
