Houston has enhanced their ERA to 3.68 over their last five games.
The Rockies, who own the worst record in the MLB at 38-95, absorbed their fifth loss in six games. They also went scoreless for the third time in their last five matches, underscoring Colorado’s ailing offense this season. The Rockies average 3.8 runs per game on a .238 batting average this season, but these numbers have further plummeted to 1.4 runs per game on a .148 BA over their last five games.
