It will be a battle of 2 wins teams during the later slate of games on Sunday. The Las Vegas Raiders (2-8) fresh off a beating from Dallas will play hosts to the Cleveland Browns (2-8). Vegas is coming off a short week after losing 33-16 on Monday night at home against Dallas. Dak Prescott carved up the Vegas defense for 267 passing yards and 4 touchdown passes.
Vegas was unable to get any offensive rhythm and outside of a late Tre Tucker touchdown, they had not moved the ball much all night. They are currently on a 4-game losing streak and are looking down a schedule that is not getting any easier. This could be their best shot at picking up their 3rd win of the year.
Things have been just as bad, if not worse, for the Cleveland Browns. After letting go of Joe Flacco early in the season, Dillon Gabriel took over the reigns and besides a win over the Dolphins, he has not led the Browns to much. Gabriel is now sidelined and Cleveland will get their first look at Shedeur Sanders in the starting role at QB. Sanders came in last week and went just 4-16 for 47 yards and was picked off once.
Sanders’s game could be elevated with a full week of practicing with the 1st team offense. But time will tell if those reps’ matter as he is facing what would be one of the weakest teams in the league.

Both offenses are horrendous this season. Neither team is averaging 17 or more points per game and they sit in 29th and 30th in points per game in the league. While much of the talk will be about the two offensive rookies (Jeanty for LV and Sanders for CLE), we believe it will be the two veteran stars on each defense that steal the headlines. We believe Crosby for LV and Garrett for CLE will make it difficult for the opposing offenses to move the ball in this one. Give us the under in what could be a snoozefest.
