The Chicago Bears will try to end their seven-game losing streak when they head to Minneapolis to take on the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium. Kickoff for this historic rivalry is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET as half of a two-game Monday Night Football slate. The game will be broadcast on ABC and streaming on ESPN+.
This game will be the 128th in this historic rivalry. Like any good rivalry, a win in this game can make an otherwise lackluster season not look as bad as a losing record indicates. For the Bears, however, it could mean a little more since it would end their seven-game losing streak. As for the Vikings, a win keeps them in the hunt for the No.. 1 seed in the NFC. When these teams met in Chicago a few weeks ago, the Vikings had a 24-10 lead after three quarters. But the Bears rallied with 17 points in the fourth to force overtime, only to lose 30-27. Both teams have had some tight games in recent weeks, but not last week, when the Bears were blown out by the 49ers and the Vikings dominated the Falcons.
Can the Bears get things turned back around? Or will Sam Darnold keep the Vikings rolling?

It would not be shocking to see the Bears give the Vikings a good fight in this game. However, all of the injuries the Bears are dealing with will prove costly in the end. Caleb Williams will make some plays with his legs, but Sam Darnold’s experience will make a difference in the end. It doesn’t help the Bears that Minnesota could be peaking at the right time. The first half will probably be somewhat competitive, but the Vikings will pull away in the second half and easily win this one.
