The Major League Soccer action just keeps coming, and after a glut of games on Wednesday night, it's back down to business on Saturday evening, when Charlotte and Toronto will meet Bank of America Stadium. Despite playing in front of a home crowd on Wednesday, the hosts came unstuck against NYCFC, failing to score in the process, and not for the first time in recent weeks. Despite having some rather capable offensive players, such as Wilfried Zaha and Pep Biel, Smith's men are finding it tough to impose themselves.
The visitors were not in action on Wednesday, but they too struggled to get going when last playing, losing heavily at home to Inter Miami. It's reasonable to assume that Robin Fraser's men could have a slightly easier night defensively on Saturday, but can they muster the offensive strength to seriously hurt a team that doesn't concede too many at home? A low-scoring game could be a little more likely than the early odds would have us believe.

Our Charlotte FC vs Toronto FC Prediction
At times, we have seen the hosts step on the gas, but those efforts have been few and far between, and for the most part, at least recently, they've struggled to get going. Dean Smith's men don't give an abundance away, as we saw in the week, when they conceded just once against a very useful NYCFC offense, but they certainly not thriving offensively, failing to score inn two of their last there in all competitions.
The visitors have been involved in some high-scorers of late, but they too have looked lacking in offensive ideas at times, while this is their first away game in a while. After a congested schedule where tiredness could play a factor, it's worth siding with a relatively low-scoring game in the betting.
Our Charlotte vs Toronto Pick: Under 2.5 Goals.
