With Major League Soccer returning after the international break, one of the venues that will be filling up with supporters on Saturday is Bank of America Stadium, where Charlotte will take on the Philadelphia Union. The hosts probably weren't too keen for the pause in domestic action thanks to internationals, especialy after they battered NYCFC by six goals to one, buidling serious momentum. Dean Smith's men are now unbeaten in three, and they've looked rather dangerous at home, where Spaniard Pep Biel has been running riot, so much so that I certainly won't be putting anyone off betting on him to score here at generous-looking odds of +225. 

Unlike the hosts, the Philadelphia Union were likely pleased for the chance to regroup over the international break. Saturday's visitors haven't exactly flourished at the start of the new season, losing five out of five in Major League Soccer. In truth, they've struggled to juggle both their MLS and CCL assignments, so it's probably best that they're now out of the continental competition.

As many expected he would, Pep Biel has made a hot start to the new season, scoring four goals, and the Spaniard has looked particularly threatening on home soil, so much so that I'm hugely surprised to see that he's not the most favored player to net in the early betting. For my money, in front of a home crowd, against  philly team that hasn't looked great at the back, Biel should be +175 to score, so I really am all over odds of +225.
