On Tuesday, the ATP Finals action in Turin will continue, and there are two more matches for viewers and bettors to enjoy. The first of those two matches sees Carlos Alcaraz take on Taylor Fritz, and not for the first time in recent weeks. The pair met in Saudi last month, when the Spaniard showed his class to win in straight sets, beating the world number six 6-4, 6-2. The current world number one did the business to beat Alex De Minaur in his first match at this event, winning in straight sets.
It was also a winning start for Fritz, but let's face it, he doesn't have a promising recent record against Carlos Alcaraz, which means that the American may not be feeling too confident. Can Fritz cause an upset? I seriously doubt it.

Both Alcaraz and Fritz made winning starts to life in Turin, but it was Alcaraz who created the better impression, beating Alex De Minaur in straight sets, grinding it out in a first-set tiebreak, before easing ahead with a 6-2 victory in the second set. With that win under his belt, the Spaniard will be looking for another straight-set victory.
Fritz also won in straight sets, but he'll need to much out a good bit more to keep pace with Alcaraz, and let's face it, what we saw when these two met in Saudi recently doesn't point towards that happening. Less than a month ago, we saw Alcaraz beat Fritz in straight sets, which is exactly what happened when they met two weeks before that.
