The No.9 seed BYU Cougars take on the Miami Hurricanes at the Terry's Chocolate ESPN Events Invitational on Thursday at State Farm Fieldhouse.

BYU has won four of its first five games of the season to earn a top-10 spot in the current NCAAB rankings. The Cougars have recently ended Wisconsin’s spotless run, beating the Badgers 98-70 behind stellar play from guard Richie Saunders. Saunders, who averaged 20.8 points and 5.6 assists per game this season, knocked down five of his nine three-point attempts and finished with 26 points to lead BYU in the win over Wisconsin.
The Hurricanes rolled into their fourth win of the season after blasting Delaware State 97-41. Malik Reanu scored 24 points, and Tre Donaldson posted 21 to spearhead Miami’s offense, which converted 61 percent of the total field goal attempts. Miami will be taking on its second-ranked opponent this season and first since falling to the defending champion, the Florida Gators, 68-82, a week ago.
