The No. 11 TCU Horned Frogs (26-4, 14-3 Big 12) will close out the regular season today when they host the No. 18 Baylor Bears (24-6, 13-4 Big 12) at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, TX. Fans can follow the action on ESPN once the game gets underway at 4 p.m. EST.
TCU comes into this game on a five-game winning streak, including a win over then-No. 12 Baylor on the road 83-67 (Feb. 15), since their last loss, which was to Colorado (Feb. 8, 80-79). They last played on Wednesday in Cincinnati, where they beat the Bearcats, 83-70. Baylor comes into the game fresh off a two-game homestand, during which they took down Arizona (74-60) and Kansas State (80-54). But they’ll have their work cut out for them if they are to be the first team to beat the Horned Frogs in Fort Worth this season.
When these teams met a few weeks ago, TCU got out to a 21-12 lead in the first quarter, but Baylor took charge in the second and closed the gap to 35-32 at the break. The second half, however, was all TCU as the Horned Frogs outscored the Bears 47-35, making the final score 83-67.

Our TCU Horned Frogs vs Baylor Bears Prediction
TCU is on a roll with double-digit wins in four of its last five games and will benefit from playing at home for its regular-season finale. My only concern for this game is whether they’ll keep their foot on the gas the entire game. Baylor is a good team, but TCU is better. However, if the Horned Frogs let them, the Bears could close the gap late. But, if they do, I’m betting they’ll have a big enough lead to still cover.
Our Baylor vs. TCU Pick: TCU-9.5
