The Baltimore Ravens will try to get back on the right side of the scoreboard this week after losing their last time out in Week 13 to the Philadelphia Eagles. To that end, they'll head to New Jersey to take on the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, and the game will be broadcast on CBS.
Baltimore has been one of the most dynamic teams in the NFL this season. The offense behind Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry has been virtually unstoppable. However, when they play teams with decent defenses, they struggle. Why? If the other team stops one or two drives, that may be all it takes to beat them since the Baltimore defense is terrible. But that will not be an issue for the Ravens this week. Yes, the Giants have a defense capable of playing well, but they don't have the kind of personnel that can slow down Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson once they get rolling. All the injuries and an offense that can't stay on the field make it hard for the Giant's defense to put up a fight for four quarters.
However, the Giants are turning the offense back over to Tommy DeVitto, who has shown he has the ability to throw downfield. So, there is a slim chance he can take advantage of Baltimore's atrocious secondary and make this game interesting.

The Giants would be massive underdogs in this game, even if they were 100% healthy. They don't have a quarterback on the roster who can improve the players around him, which is what New York needs right now. Baltimore will likely run the ball down the throat of the Giants' defense, keeping the clock moving so this travesty of a football game can end sooner rather than later. A 16.5-point spread is massive and, as lopsided as this game should be, risky. However, the Ravens may score over 42.5 points on their own, or the Giants may score in garbage time to help push the final over.
