Eastern Conference and Overall MLS leaders Nashville SC travel to face Austin FC at the Q2 Stadium. Nashville have already secured their spot in the MLS Playoffs and are 16 points clear of second placed New England Revolution in the Eastern Conference standings. The Boys in Gold are also ten points clear of Vancouver Whitecaps at the top of the overall standings. They face an Austin side who, despite their lowly position in the table, are actually in decent form. The Verde and Black have turned into draw specialists somewhat, drawing four of their previous six. Austin won the other two games in that run, and are unbeaten in eight matches.

Nashville have lost one of their last six, but are unbeaten in three. They've won their last two matches, keeping two clean sheets in the process. Both of those games were home games. One of the main reasons for Nashville's successful season is their home form, they're still unbeaten on home turf and have won 13 of their 14 matches at Geodis Park. Away from home, though, their record isn't as impressive. In fact, The Boys in Gold have only won five times on the road. Still, they're favorites to win this one and heavy favorites at that.
