Auburn enters this gamer with all the confidence a No. 1 team should have. They’ve won five in a row since losing their first conference loss of the season a few weeks ago (Feb. 8 vs. Florida). The streak includes a win over No. 2 Alabama in Tuscaloosa a couple of weeks ago. Their strongest game may have been their last, a 106-76 win over Ole Miss at home. As for Kentucky, the Wildcats have had a solid season, with seven wins over ranked teams, including five over top ten teams (No. 6 Duke, No. 7 Gonzaga, No. 6 Florida, and two over Tennessee). But they are coming off a win vs. Oklahoma that should not have been as challenging as it was (83-82), which was preceded by a second loss to Alabama.
