Atlanta United take on New York Red Bulls in the MLS looking to turn their fortunes around. Atlanta is in woeful form. Since winning three consecutive games in all competitions, United haven't won a game of soccer since May. They've suffered six defeats in their last eight and are now stranded at the bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference. Red Bulls recent form has been inconsistent. They've won three, lost two and drawn one of their last six. Two successive defeats against Philadelphia Union and Charlotte FC hampered their progress in the MLS standings, but a win against Orlando last time out has put them back on track.

It's hard to see Atlanta getting anything from this match. They have the worst home form of any MLS side, winning just twice on home soil all season. The Five Stripes has conceded plenty of late, too, conceding 16 goals across their last six games. As for The Red Bulls, their away form isn't particularly impressive but they'll be looking at this game as a chance to improve on that record.
