ASVEL faces a tough away game in the Euroleague this week. The Lyon team travels to the Spanish capital to take on Real Madrid, a team with the same record as our French representative. Could the start of the Euroleague season be a great opportunity to win at the Movistar Arena? Pierric Poupet's team will have to put in an XXL performance, as they did twice last week: a 102-95 win over Baskonia followed by an away win over Saint-Quentin (81-76). With confidence high on paper, ASVEL can hope to end a 22-year drought in Madrid.

Both results were achieved in front of their fans, which is an important factor to note before the start of this game.
