It’s time for the final regular season game of the season, one of the most respected and storied rivalries in all of sports: the Army Black Knicks vs. the Navy Midshipmen. Kickoff is Saturday at 3 p.m. EST at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
Army finished the season winning three of their last four to get to six wins and qualify for a bowl game (Wasabi Fenway Bowl vs. UConn). Their path to victory has been the same as always—run the ball well, control the clock, minimize the opponent's opportunities on offense, and play good enough defense. They have the No. 5 run game in the country, averaging 256.9 yards per game this season. Four of their six wins were by a field goal or less, and four of their five losses were by a touchdown or less. As for Navy, their style of play is the same as Army’s. They want to run the ball down your throat, daring opponents to stop them. Notre Dame and North Texas were the only ones that could this season. However, while the Army has a decent defense, the Navy has struggled to slow opponents down this season, allowing close to 400 yards per game.

Even though the UNDER went 0-2-1 in the last three games, the UNDER is still the best bet for this game. On one side, we have the No. 1 rushing team in the country, and on the other, the No. 5 rushing team. Both teams will run all day long, chew up the clock, and minimize scoring opportunities, which is why the UNDER hit from 2006-2021. The caliber of talent on both teams has grown exponentially over the last few seasons, leading to more scoring on both sides. But three games are not enough to get me to back off the UNDER.
