Alexander Bublik of Kazakhstan will vie for his third ATP tour-level title this year against a streaking Arthur Casaux of France in the men’s singles championship match at the 2025 Generali Open on Saturday.
Bublik sustained his dominant run in this tournament with a 6-3 6-4 victory over Botic Van De Zandschulp of the Netherlands in the semifinal. Bublik, who is coming off a title at Gstaad, only conceded one service break against Van De Zandschulp, thanks to fantastic serving that led to 31 points off the first serves and nine aces. The Kazakh also broke three times behind 27 return points, extending his winning streak to seven matches.
Casaux booked his spot in the men’s singles final after besting fellow Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech 7-5 6-3. Casaux got the job done by holding all his serves while securing the two key breakpoints that allowed him to pull away from Rinderknech. The 22-year-old Casaux collected 31 points off his first serves and scored eight aces to reach his first championship match this year.

Bet on Arthur Casaux to cover -3.5 Games. I am aware that Casaux is 0-2 vs. Bublik and has just lost to the Kazakh 6-1 7-5 in the semifinal of the 2025 Gstaad Open. However, Casaux has been playing a lot better this week than he did in Gstaad, rattling off four impressive wins with impeccable serving that allowed him to hold 45 out of 46 service games played at Generali.
Bublik is no doubt the favorite to win because of his current form and head-to-head superiority against Casaux. But the 22-year-old Frenchman played Bublik well in the second set of their semifinal match at Gstaad a week ago.
