Another week is nearly done, which means that we're nearing the business end of another tournament. In Germany, at the ATP event in Halle, it's quarter-finals time on Friday. One of the more eye-catching matches sees Alex Michelsen take on Daniil Medvedev, who will be looking to go all the way ahead of the soon-to-begin third Grand Slam of the season.
Michelsen comes into this game in hot form, beating Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets, and that's a pleasing win for the American, who is far from a poor grass-court player. Unfortunately for him, he's up against Daniil Medvedev, who despite slipping to number 11 in the ATP Rankings, is a danger to all when it comes to tournaments of this nature. The Russian has done well here before, while he's looked in good shape over the last few days, picking up back-to-back straight-set wins. Can he do the same here?
