One of the biggest Milan derbies in years takes place on Sunday night, as the top two teams in Serie A go head to head at the San Siro.

Inter are currently leading the way by ten points, thanks to a sensational run of form that has seen them win each of their last eight league games. Cristian Chivu's side currently have a ten point lead over their city rivals, so barring a dramatic late season collapse, they will win their third Scudetto in six years.

Whilst AC are leading the chasing pack, they have struggled to keep pace with Inter and realistically, their main focus in the final two months of the season is on maintaining their Champions League qualification position. The Rossoneri are nine points clear of fifth place Como, so a victory on Sunday night would keep them firmly in the driving seat for a top four finish.

AC Milan left it late last weekend, as two injury time strikes saw them secure a vital 0-2 win at Cremonese.
