World Cup Round-of-16 Player Props
During the group stage, we saw the best in the business come to the fore, and it was more of the same during the Round-of-32, with the cream of the crop rising to the occasion once again, but will the big dogs keep delivering as the tournament really starts to heat up? Maybe we’ll see a few of the more under-the-radar players shine? The next few days will reveal all.
Don’t forget to check out our full selection of World Cup picks for all Round-of-16 matches. Now, let’s get stuck into those player props.
Michael Olise to Score (+200)
Plenty of players have scored more goals than Michael Olise at this tournament, with the Frenchman yet to find the net, but few have been as influential as the French magician, who has dazzled opponents and pulled the strings for an incredibly strong Les Bleus team.
Sure, Olise is yet to score, but his first goal likely isn’t far away, with everything pointing towards the 24-year-old being more of a goal threat than early odds of +200 suggest. After all, we’re talking about a player who was the width of the post away from scoring one of the goals of the competition during the previous round, a man who has taken no less than 14 shots, averaging 4.13 shots and 1.48 shots on target per 90 minutes.
As he continues to bamboozle defenders, getting himself into all sorts of dangerous positions, the Bayern Munich maestro is worth betting on to net his first goal of the World Cup as the French look all set to send the Paraguayans packing.
David Moller Wolfe 2+ Fouls Committed (+125)
Moving on to the game between Brazil and Norway, ahead of which David Moller Wolfe is well worth betting on to make at least two fouls.
Over the course of the first four games, the full back has played better than we may have expected someone who was recently relegated from the EPL with Wolves, but he’s had few tricky moments defensively, and as he’ll be up against the likes of Vinicius Junior, Rayan and Matheus Cunha here, life isn’t going to get any easier for the man who has made more fouls for Norway at this tournament than any other player.
Given the difficulty of this fixture, coupled with the fact that he’s averaging 2.5 fouls per 90 minutes at the tournament, odds of +125 look far too sizable to ignore.
Martin Odegaard 1+ Shots on Target (+200)

Also in the Brazil vs Norway Round-of-16 tie, Martin Odegaard appeals as a shot-on-target bet at odds of +200.
The Brazilians will likely hurt the Norwegians at times in this game, but we’ve seen the men in yellow come under pressure at the back, while they’ve also been quite open, so someone like Odegaard should have no problem getting himself into dangerous shooting positions, which is exactly what he has been doing in the build-up to this game.
Only goal machine Erling Haaland has taken more shots for Norway at the 2026 World Cup, with the Arsenal man averaging 1.73 shots per 90 minutes. Following his shot on target during the Round-of-32, he’ll be hungry for more, and at generous-looking odds of +200, we should bet on him to satisfy that hunger.
Julian Quinones 1+ Shots on Target (-125)
At odds of -125, as the Mexicans welcome the English to the Azteca, ‘Julian Quinones 1+ Shots on Target’ is an absolute must.
No Mexican player has taken more shots than the lively Quinones, who has looked like a man on a mission since the start of the tournament, scoring three goals in four games.
The forward has the pace, power and directness that can really hurt an English team that looks there for the taking on the break, so don’t be surprised if he adds to his goal tally in Mexico City on Sunday. At the very least, as a player averaging 1.36 shots on target per 90 minutes, he’s worth betting on to hit the target at least once.
Elliot Anderson to Be Carded (+375)
As the Three lions look set to toil at altitude, the combative Elliot Anderson may not be as lucky as he has been in previous games.
Last time out, Anderson could easily have gone in the book for hammering a DR Congo opponent off the ball, while he made several fouls against Ghana, one of which was committed with enough intensity to be shown a yellow, so it’s fair to say that the EPL midfielder is walking a tight rope. Now up against much better opposition, he could lose his balance.
Let’s be honest, it will be hugely surprising if this isn’t one of the most feisty games of the tournament so far, and as someone who’ll be in the thick of the action, Anderson, who is no stranger to going in the book, looks more likely to pick up a card than early odds of +375 would have us believe.
Malik Tillman 1+ Shots on Target (+100)
Last but certainly not least, for the co-hosts, at odds of +100, Malik Tillman is easy to bet on from a shot-on-target point of view.
After the first four games played by Mauricio Pochettino’s men, only the now suspended Folarin Balogun has taken more shots than Tillman, who is averaging a pleasing 1.02 shots on target at this tournament.
The Belgians looked very open during the previous round, so this game must go down as a clear opportunity for the offensively minded midfielder, who is averaging 2.37 shots per 90 minutes, to go for goal. After all, having bagged against the Bosnians, he’ll be brimming with confidence.
