La Championship aime offrir du spectacle aux amoureux de ce championnat. Il était temps ! Après quatre nuls de suite en championnat et une frustration grandissante au sein des Baggies, la victoire a fait son retour au sein d’un des candidats à la montée en Premier League. Vainqueurs avec la manière de Coventry City sur le score de 2-0, les hommes dirigés par Carlos Corberan savent qu’ils seront attendus au tournant par de nombreux experts du football anglais. Même si les visiteurs n’ont plus perdu depuis début octobre, le bilan de WBA en douze matchs reste insuffisant : 10 nuls et 2 victoires. Il est temps pour West Brom’ de rappeler son statut en ce mois des fêtes, c’est-à-dire, celui d’un prétendant au top 6.
