Après un très bon début de saison des hommes de Siniša Mihajlović et sept point pris sur neuf possibles, Bologne a connu une suite de championnat plus difficile (deux défaites et un nul) dont une défaite cinglante face à l’Inter Mlian 6-1. Attention aux Rossoblù qui ont encaissé douze buts en trois matchs et s’apprêtent à affronter l’une des meilleures attaques du championnat avec quinze buts inscrits. Si Bologne n’est pas vigilant défensivement, l’addition risque d’être salée pour les coéquipiers d’Arnautovic.

La Lazio se déplace en étant favori après sa très belle victoire dans le derby face à l’AS Roma 3-2. L’équipe de Maurizo Sarri possède dans son équipe l’attaquant le plus prolifique de Serie A avec six buts inscrits, Ciro Immobile. Attention à Bologne, où la défense n’est pas encore au point. Les Biancazzurri auront comme objectif de repartir avec la victoire afin de se rapprocher du podium et de retrouver le succès à l’extérieur, eux qui n’ont plus gagné loin de chez eux depuis le premier match de championnat.
