Braga will hope to continue their perfect start to their Europa League campaign at Estadio Municipal de Braga this Thursday with a win over Belgian side Genk.
With three games played in the Europa League, Braga and Lyon are the only teams with nine points and no goals conceded. Last time out, Carlos Vicens saw his men beat Cvrena Zvezda at home 2-0. The team has also secured a 2-0 road win over Celtic and a 1-0 home victory against Feyenoord.
After a rough start to the season, Braga have started to pick up steam, although Sunday's 2-1 defeat against Porto is another bump on the road. Braga's six-game unbeaten run ended when Vicens' men gave up a late game-winner against the Primera Liga leaders.
Genk will enter European action off a 1-0 road victory over Westerlo. Korean forward Hyeon-gyu Oh netted his sixth goal of the season, helping to push Genk's unbeaten run across all competitions to six games.
The recent good run of results includes a goalless home draw against Real Betis in the Europa League. In Europe, Thorsten Fink's team has also faced Rangers and Ferencvaros. They beat the Scottish giants 1-0 on the road but lost to Ferencvaros on home turf with the same scoreline.
