During what will be a full round of midweek fixtures, there's a big game taking place in Ohio, where FC Cincinnati and Inter Miami will go head-to-head in what is a battle between two teams looking to go all the way to MLS Cup glory. The hosts will arrive at this particular junction sitting just a point behind the current Eastern Conference leaders, while the visitors aren't far behind in fifth, so this is very much a heavyweight clash between two of the better teams in the division. After their impressive winning run came to an end at the weekend, the men in orange and blue need to bounce back, though a game against Inter Miami doesn't exactly provide the best opportunity to do that.
As far as the visitors are concerned, now is the time to play the hosts, who looked a little defensively shaky when conceding four goals at the weekend. While that was happening, Lionel Messi and his Miami buddies recorded a third straight win, beating Nashville SC by two goals to one, thanks to two goals from the main man himself.
