Fin de la 18ème journée de Liga Portugal où nous verrons un choc de haut de tableau entre le Sporting Portugal, 4ème, et le SC Braga, 2ème, ce mercredi 1er févier à partir de 22h15 ! La rencontre se disputera dans l’enceinte Estádio José Alvalade de Lisbonne. Le Sporting vient de s’incliner en finale de la League Cup face à Porto (0-2) samedi dernier, empêchant aux lisboètes de conserver leur titre. Il faut désormais revenir aux affaires courantes et combler le retard actuel qui est de 7 points pour revenir sur le podium... Avant cette escapade en Coupe, le Sporting restait sur un succès à domicile en championnat (2-1) face à Vizela. Cette saison, les locaux ont engrangé 21 points sur 24 possibles à domicile, il faudra donc s’inspirer de ce magnifique parcours. Face à eux se dresse Braga, qui possède 7 points de retard sur le leader (Benfica) et la marge est infime (1 point) devant Porto (3ème). Braga a eu une mini trêve pour se reposer puisque leur dernier match remonte au samedi 21 janvier, où les visiteurs avaient aligné une cinquième victoire de suite sur le terrain de Paços Ferreira (1-2) !
