Danny Noppert made a winning start to his Grand Slam of Darts campaign, albeit many would agree that his opener against Lukas Wenig was far from a convincing performance.

Crabtree lost to Luke Littler in the round of 32 at the PC34 event last week and has a record of six wins and four losses in his last 10 matches in all competitions.
